Important terms and conditions for using K Poku Transport LLC services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By scheduling or using our non-emergency medical transportation services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms provided at the time of booking.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement or be represented by a legal guardian, caregiver, or authorized facility staff member. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your mobility and medical needs.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Rides should be scheduled in advance whenever possible.
  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change a ride.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or refusal of future service.

4. Rider Responsibilities

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location.
  • Follow driver instructions and safety requirements at all times.
  • Inform us of any special equipment or assistance needed (wheelchair, escort, oxygen, etc.).
  • Refrain from abusive, unsafe, or illegal behavior while in the vehicle.

5. Limitations of Service

K Poku Transport LLC provides non-emergency medical transportation only. We are not an ambulance service and do not provide emergency medical care. In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number.

6. Payments and Insurance

Payment terms, including any copays, insurance billing, or facility agreements, will be communicated at or before the time of service. You are responsible for any charges not covered by insurance or third parties.

7. Liability

We strive to provide safe, timely service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, K Poku Transport LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, cancellations, traffic conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date below. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
